At Winterton Community Academy we truly value the voice of our students and it is our priority to ensure that all students feel that they are listened to and that they are heard.
We have form captains in place throughout the school and it is their role to represent their tutor group and to share feedback in their meetings with the headteacher.
Each year, our students are invited to take part in a highly detailed student survey through an external organisation (Kirkland Rowell). The feedback is discussed with students and helps to inform future practice. A summary of the feedback can be found below.
