Winterton Community Academy
It is my great pleasure to introduce you to Winterton Community Academy.
At WCA our pupils are our priority. We will have the highest expectations of them in all that they do and we will do all that is necessary to ensure that they are…
safe, happy and successful.
We are committed as a school to our values of Respect, Hard-Work and Positivity and it is these values which shape how we act as adults and our expectations of
our young people. We expect our pupils to work hard, try their best and to value their education. We will uphold our academic standards because ultimately we believe that our students deserve success and that they understand that to achieve this success, they will have to work for it.
Equally, I believe that school should be a positive environment that is full of love and warmth. It is important for us to build strong relationships with our students and to provide them with a depth of experience and opportunities to support their development.
Our school days shape our future and we intend to ensure that children who attend Winterton Community Academy will have positive memories to last them a lifetime.
